Additionally allow for team collaboration connected with a seamless workflow and document management system to save $3000 in printing fees per program; 12 programs per year.

Client was operating as their event management using an 'old-school' process for their hospitality clients. The main challenge is budgeting $1,500 to $2,000 per print cycle (2 to 3 per event) and having last minute changes causing issues with their service. We were tasked with providing a technical suite of tools to create digital workbooks using SharePoint and Google drive platforms for front-end and back-end users, and implementing this within 60 days.

Results

The process took 45 days to complete and the company is able to fully manage their event programs regardless of their location. By combining cloud-based services and document management authority, the client and customers can now work in a collaborative digital environment. Once a program is completed, they can template out and archive old events to access the following season. In total, nearly $36,000 was saved in printing costs, and the the task management system integrated directly with their email system to ensure updates are provided real-time.
